DriveDock (\“DriveDock,\” \“we,\” \“us\” or \“our\”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse and shop with us, how and why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights.

1. Who is responsible for your data

DriveDock is responsible for the personal information described here. For any privacy request, contact [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Order & account information — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone (if provided), and order history. Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. Support information — messages and order details you share with our team. Automatic data — device, browser and usage data via cookies and server logs (see our Cookie Notice).

3. How and why we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only as needed with: our payment processor, shipping and fulfilment partners, email/marketing and hosting providers, and authorities or advisers where required by law. These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage as described in our Cookie Notice, including for essential store functions and — with consent — analytics or marketing.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and rely on PCI-compliant payment providers for card processing. No system is perfectly secure, but we act promptly if an issue arises.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Email [email protected] to exercise any right. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the \“last updated\” date shows the latest revision.

We use one local key to remember your cookie choice. See our cookie notice.
