These Terms of Service (\“Terms\”) govern your use of the DriveDock website and your purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
DriveDock sells car phone mounts and auto accessories online. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur; colours may differ slightly by screen.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not by itself form a contract; the contract forms when we dispatch the item. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment taken.
Prices are shown in the store and may change at any time before an order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
Shipping timelines, our 30-day return process, refunds and product warranty are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy and reuse its content or images without permission. All site content, product images and branding are owned by DriveDock or its licensors.
Install and use products according to the instructions provided. Mount your device so it does not obstruct your view or violate local laws on device placement while driving. You are responsible for safe and legal use; DriveDock is not liable for misuse or improper installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in our place of operation. We may update these Terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order.
